This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through:
Homebuild Store

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged Items on Delivery

• The item is received physically damaged, broken, or defective

✅ Wrong Item Delivered

• The item delivered does not match the order (incorrect product)

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof must be provided:
  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging
• The item must be:
  • Unused
  • Not installed
  • In original packaging

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

• We will arrange collection/pickup of the item
• No return shipping charges will be applied to the customer
• The product will be inspected upon return

4. Refund / Replacement

After successful inspection:

• You may choose:
  • Full refund, or
  • Replacement product

✔ Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
✔ Refund will be made via original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns in the following situations:

• Change of mind
• Wrong product selection by customer
• Product does not fit or match expectation
• Items that have been:
  • Installed
  • Used
  • Damaged due to improper handling
  • Modified or altered
• Minor variations in:
  • Color (due to screen resolution)
  • Texture or finish

6. Inspection & Rejection Rights

• All returned items are subject to inspection
• We reserve the right to رفض (reject) returns if:
  • The product does not meet return conditions
  • Damage is caused after delivery

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

8. Shipping Policy (Summary)

• Shipping cost (if applicable) is calculated at checkout
• Delivery timelines:
  • 2-4 business days (within UAE)
• Delays may occur due to external factors

9. Stock Availability

• Orders are subject to stock availability
• If an item is unavailable:
  • We will offer:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund
